In this cohort-based webinar series we will explore how to build leadership competencies to better lead digital change in your business – these competencies being recognized as key areas that successful leaders around the globe are focusing on as they navigate change and ensure the sustainability of their digital change efforts. One of the essential steps in navigating these efforts is to build and strengthen personal competencies as a leader to better guide your team through digital change.
The highest performing digital leaders are leaders who:
– Understand their leadership style and can confidently lead change and manage ambiguity to operate effectively when the way forward is not totally clear.
– Maintain resilience in the face of change and stress while engaging their people in the change process to look ahead to future possibilities.
– Have emotional intelligence, self-awareness and deliberate transparency as they lead their teams.
This 3-part series considers leadership styles and assessing the change initiative, building resilient leaders to lead change and covers the importance of emotional intelligence in leadership.
Each one hour session will include a pre-session assessment to prepare yourself for the topic. The sessions themselves will include an overview of the topic, an opportunity for a small group peer problem solving exercise and a takeaway application. Additional reference resources will also be provided for knowledge building beyond the sessions.
