General Business
- Council received, for information, a quarterly report from the Transportation Services department, including information on significant projects and programs to enhance the operations and delivery of road services and transportation infrastructure.
- Council voted to formally terminate the 1998 Reserves Agreement with area school boards by providing the required 12-month written notice, as per the terms of the Reserves Agreement.
- Council approved a budget adjustment to allow the County to complete the connection of Wintergreen Woods Water Co-op to the Bragg Creek Water Treatment Plant. All costs associated with the connection will be recovered from the Wintergreen Woods Water Co-op. This initiative will provide safe, reliable potable water to 80 residences currently connected to the failing Wintergreen Woods water supply system.
- Council voted to support a resolution through Rural Municipalities Alberta to request the Province engage in additional consultation with rural municipalities on the proposed provincial police funding model.

- Council voted to deny the request for a waiver of a six-month waiting period for re-application for a development permit of a cannabis cultivation facility.
