Langdon Canada Post Office Petition

Business owners, are you able to help collect signatures for a recent petition in regards to the Post Office closure in Langdon? This petition is to call upon the Government of Canada to: Provide a detailed explanation of the reasons for the closure of the Langdon Canada Post Office; Work with Canada Post, the Minister of Public Services and Procurement, and the Minister of Rural Economic Development to ensure a permanent, viable Canada Post Office is established to serve the community of Langdon and its surrounding area. The Government of Canada is required to respond to petitions within 45 sitting days of filing, and though it may not directly lead to the creation of a much needed post office, it will provide some explanation and demonstrate the importance of this issue to the community at large.
